The GITA 2008 Annual dinner, featuring guest speaker Dr Karl Kruszelnicki
will be held in Sydney, at the WatervieW Convention Centre in Bicentennial Park
on the evening of August 26 2008.

GITA 2008 Annual Conference
The GITA 2008 Annual Dinner will be held that the WatervieW Convention Centre in Bicentennial Park, on Tuesday 26 August.
The WatervieW is only a short walk from the Novotel Sydney Olympic Park, where the GITA Annual Conference is being held.
The special guest speaker at this year's dinner will be Dr Karl Kruszelnicki!
Dr Karl is ... well very hard to describe quickly.
Dr Karl: - has degrees in Physics and Maths, Biomedical Engineering, Medicine and Surgery.
- has written 26 books (so far)
- is involved with several very popular science shows on ABC radio stations across Australia and, on the BBC.
- has been awarded ‘Member of the Order of Australia’ (2006).
- has been awarded ‘Australian Father of the Year’ (2003).
- has an enthusiasm for science is totally infectious ... no one is better able to convey the excitement and wonder of it all than Dr Karl!
